“It locked the charger into the port of my nissan ariya but the credit card reader didn't work. It then would not release from the charger. It took 20 min just to get it to release. I was Afraid of being tethered to a charge port in the middle of Kansas for the night. I think it got stuck because the cord is so strong and springy twisting to the left or right, it wrenched itself into place blocking the car's port from unlocking. I pushed it in hard while my daughter pressed lock and unlock on the key fob until the button on the charger released.
