“The long-awaited Agoura Tesla Supercharger is officially OPEN! Nestled between rolling hills and suburban serenity, it’s probably the most peaceful place you’ll ever get annoyed about your charging speed. Yes, it says 250kW, but I peaked at 175kW and benchmarked around 75kw. Not terrible, just not what it promised… like most dating profiles. There are 31 stalls, which sounds great until you realize 7 were already dead on arrival. Nothing like a brand-new station with that “already broken in” feel. Really gives it character. And the stall layout? Let’s just say it looks like Tesla tried to reinvent the concept of “parking forward” as a puzzle challenge. At first glance, it’s giving mild panic attack, but once you pull in, there’s clear signage telling you which side to plug in—because apparently that’s still a learning curve in 2025 (see attached photo) On the plus side, it’s conveniently located near Two Doughs Pizza, Tifa Chocolate & Ice Cream, and a DIY store—so whether your battery or your patience needs recharging, you’ve got options. Also great for kids who turn into gremlins if they sit still for more than 6 minutes. All in all, a beautiful location with just enough technical dysfunction to remind you you’re still dealing with Tesla. “Charged here 2 times on my way to Santa Barbara and on the way back home. Morning charge was great, no issues at all. On the way back I noticed a lot of people shuffling around. Looked like the chargers weren't working properly. First charger I tried only dispensed about 11kwh, so I moved and got full power to my car.
