“This is most disappointing especially when you're miles from anywhere. There isn't any internet connection at the location of the charging station so you can't download the ChargePoint app that's necessary, can't sign in to it even if you have it (these first 2 I accomplished at my motel across the road eventually), and it won't let your phone tap to it to sign in.
