“The charging station is in fact located inside the Toyota parking lot, but after the gate is closed, it can still be accessed from the overflow parking lot of Target. Very easy to operate, can charge as a guest user, no need to download their app. Pretty fast charging. From here, I could walk to target or Albany bulb while the car is charging.
