What drivers have written
“Absolutely awful charging experience. Charging station itself has no branding on it to know what app is required to use it. Had to search on google maps to find out it was a Blink station. Instructions on the device were vague and scroll past too fast which requires multiple attempts to read. Once the app was downloaded, far too much personal information is required to set up. In the app you are required to bulk load cash into the app and pay with that. You can't just pay per use. I'm now out $20 and only needed a few dollars worth of charging. Once everything is set up you are required to push a button on the app to start charging, which just spins in a circle for a few minutes and then nothing happens. Tried this 6 times to no success. Now I'm 30 minutes late, out $20, and still don't have power for my car. Companies like Blink are the reason EVs are getting a bad name. Just get a Tesla and use the superchargers.” — Damien, 2 years ago
