“CCS attempt produced "unknown error 1000." Couldn't charge. Rasing to 2 stars because EVgo sent me a message to apologize. I understand that things break. Problem is that their app showed the station working before I started driving to it and still showed it working once there. Then after failing to work the app indicated that the station was back in service, so I tried it a second time. Still didn't work. In summary, my issue is that the app said a broken station was working.
