“I will never charge here again. They have four 200 kW CCS1 chargers, but only one which works. The station on the left should be able to charge two cars simultaneously, but it has no power. The green availability light at the top is off and so is the information screen. The station on the right should be able to charge two cars simultaneously. The green availability light and screen are both on. I connected my car to the left side, but my car never began to charge. I disconnected the charger from my car, reconnected it, and it failed again. I was charged a $5 session fee twice at the inoperable left side of ChargePoint charger "GENE MESSER / POWER LINK 3". Finally, I tried the right side of the charger, which worked. I have opened a case with ChargePoint to dispute the two $5 session fees attached to unsuccessful charge sessions.
