“One of the cheapest rates here in the Bay Area if you’re a member and charging at non-peak times. Beats the nearest Electrify America charging station when it comes to price, realibility, and congestion. I never encountered rude customers here and there’s never a line because all charging stations work! Only problem sometimes is the cleanliness, but there’s trash mostly here in this area. Update (7/7/25): Ever since posting this review, I see one staff picking up trash and maintaining cleanliness almost every day that I charge here. Kudos for keeping the area clean! Also, I noticed one broken charger but it’s been fixed quicker than I thought. “FAST CHARGING - Needs improvement false advertising of it being FAST. In what universe, what planet, what dimension, and in what time is this FAST? We all come and charge up more than 1 hour or 2 hr to receive FAST charging from these units. How is that possible if it's extremely slow? 🤔 Well, the good thing about it it got charged. Can it go any slower? As we don't have anything else to do. On a gas vehicle, it takes about less than 5 mins to fill up the gas tank and be on my way with my business. This false advertising that it's called EVgo FAST charging and claims its FAST.
