What drivers have written
“⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing charging experience I’ve used this charging network multiple times now, and the experience has been consistently frustrating and inefficient. First, the charging speed is unacceptable. On what’s supposed to be a Level 2 charger, I was getting around 1.2 kW, which is basically the same as a regular household outlet. After more than 12 hours, only about 15 kWh was delivered. That’s not just slow — it’s practically unusable if you actually depend on your vehicle. Second, the connection process is unnecessarily complicated. Instead of a simple plug-and-charge experience, you have to: * Open the app * Find the exact station * Select the correct port * Wait for it to respond Even after doing everything correctly, the system feels unreliable and slow to react. It’s not intuitive, and it adds friction to something that should be simple. Third, the overall system feels outdated and poorly optimized. The app interface, station communication, and session management all feel inconsistent. At times, it even seems like there are communication issues between the car and the station. When you compare this to Tesla’s charging experience, the difference is massive. With Tesla, you plug in and it just works — fast, seamless, and predictable. Here, it feels like you’re troubleshooting every time you try to charge. Bottom line: * Extremely slow charging speeds * Complicated and inefficient setup * Unreliable system performance I would not rely on this network unless you have absolutely no other option.” — Rolando Ramos, 4 months ago
