“Posted on6/24/24. Not 1 star because they keep DELETING the post. Here is the original post: Only 3 out of 6 chargers work. THE SECURITY STAFF WAS VERY RUDE!!!He didn’t let people park in line to wait nearby or at the broken chargers, even though neither option blocked traffic. Instead, he put yellow tape around the non-working chargers(which broken for weeks and not taped) and threatened to TOW YOUR CAR if you parked there. He even told us to go to other charging stations, saying it was an order from his MANAGER . “The location was very convenient that is located inside the parking lot of the Westfield mall. However, all the charging station was consistently down or slow charging that required a long wait time and charging time. Also, electric car owners were not very nice or well mannered. There were times that car owners would park on the wrong spot for using certain charging station, which would block other car owners from charging their car.
