What drivers have written

“I serviced my Leaf here and was able to use the ChadeMo charger in the past. At my last visit, the service manager told me I need a PIN from the sales personnel to use the charger; I was sent back to service from sales, who didn't know what I was talking about. I own an EV from Nissan and I am trying to use an available charger at Arlington Nissan but I was refused...nothing else to be said.” — SorinOrasan, 11 months ago

“So far this charging station has been a complete failure for me. The first two times I went there, Nissan had cars parked in front of the station blocking it's use (they were not charging; just parked there). The third time I went there, Nissan had closed for the day and locked all access to the parking lots (this is definitely NOT a 24 hour location). The fourth time I went, I finally got to see the charger. It worked ok at 50kw, but I was looking for a better charger than 50kw (I'd call 50kw only "fast" and not "very fast").” — John Brooks, 2 years ago

“Love my new Nissan Ariya and the charger at Arlington Nissan.” — Robert Edwards, 2 years ago
