“What a terrible experience! Not only the do the gates close at 11 :00 p.m. so you can't charge in the evening, half of the chargers are offline and do not work at all! The Tesla app tells you that everything is fine, however half of them are not working. Very frustrating experience when you have a non-tesla and have to use the app to manually establish a connection when the actual charger itself is offline but shows up as available. Overall. “Beware of this location. Many chargers may be offline or not working, but there’s no clear indication of that. As a result, you often have to try multiple chargers before finally finding one that works. We have experienced this dilemma on 4/8/26. This has also occurred in the past. “Latest as of April 2024 - shopping mall is very convenient while you charge also some good restrooms inside. Good enough food options too. Original - Tons and tons of 250kw SC location, several being added. Great mall-side location for a restroom break and possibly some last minute shopping too.
