“Great location and convenience. Normally, I don't have issues here and I can get a charger on rotation under 30 mins. My last visit was unpleasant, I had to try 3 different chargers to plug in and all kept accepting payment then the charger stopped and instructed me to abort charger error and to go to another available charger. Then, the app was saying the charger that was free was not available but I clearly had plug in hand. EA needs to automatically reboot these chargers, it takes so long for them to answer a call for assistance and then to turnaround and wait even longer to charge up.” — Yaeda Desha, a year ago

“Pretty good station. Typically get a 120 to 150 max charge speed. Only had one issue after visiting several times. A quick call to EA support solved the issue by rebooting station. My only advice is avoid peak times. Weekends, Weekday lunch and Friday afternoon seem to be the busiest. Update. One charger has been down for weeks.
