“The charge stopped only after a few minutes while I went shopping. I get back in under 30 minutes and I've been charge 17 minutes idle time. The car was set to charge to 80% and ended at 69% So the car was set correctly. I don't know why it ended early. But then I contacted support asking them to remove the idle fees because something happened outside of my control. I even had to waste more of my time charging after getting groceries to the car. Support denied the case saying the charger functioned correctly and stated their idle fee. I can only assume there are complete idiots in charge of training suport and this company will be frustrating to use for charging. So much for the EA charging plan that came with the ID.4.
