Tried to charge at a sleep inn in Staunton Va where Envirospark is installed. We planned our stay during a long trip so we could charge. Charger wasn't working. Called them and they wanted lots of personal info and said they would call us back. We thought it could be a simple reboot from their end so we waited by the car....and waited...checked email...waited...nothing.
