“They have gotten rid of the CHAdeMO and have not updated the map at all. It's been gone for days and I'm still directed to here. Why would they need to get rid of it, it was already there and worked fine, and I'm sure they didn't need a 4th CCS.” — Gil, 6 months ago

“Two of the four stations are down. This is unacceptable. Update: this review deserves an explanation. As EV drivers, there is still not full coverage for our driving range, so we have to plan our charging. In the case of the Nissan Leaf brand, the only fast charger type we can use is Chademo. Electrify America typically only has 1 Chademo at every charging cluster. When any of the stations are out of order, all the other drivers will use the one station that has the shared Chademo charger if it is available to them. Truthfully, most drivers don't see or know they are taking the only charger a Chademo driver can use. But having said that, when the other stations are down, it doesn't matter. And that has happened at every single one of the clusters I have visited. Every single cluster of Electrify Am America stations every visited, VC at every Wal-Mart I have ever visited, has had at least one station down. Every. Single. One. Colorado, Pennsylvania... What's going on?!? Bottom line: ELECTRIFY AMERICA CANNOT BE RELIED UPON FOR ANY SIGNIFICANT EV TRAVEL PLANNING. You are not reliably available. Period.” — Dixon Dick, 2 years ago

“First went to charge number four and it would not initiate charge called customer service for support where I got a Middle Eastern woman that was less than helpful by far. Then I went over to charger number two and that did not work as well. The gentleman at charger number three did not get charged the whole time he was inside of Walmart. These things don’t work and the customer service is dismal at best is one of the worst companies ever for electric car charging I warn you by far. They also are very deceitful. If you download their application, the button to sign up for a membership is just above the button to initiate the charge. My thumb accidentally hit it and I was charged for a membership and they would not refund my membership even though I called them immediately after making the mistake. They were nothing but unprofessional and rude would not give me any credit for my compensation for the issues. I’ve had their charger multiple times. I’m nearly completely ran out of battery charge because the chargers will not initiate or charge correctly and they always blame the customer when you know you’re doing it right cause it works fine anywhere else this is the most unprofessional company ever and I discourage anyone from using this charger whatsoever or patronizing this company some of the worst customer service extremely disrespectful extremely rude. You never get transferred to a supervised. They claim supervisor will call you back and they never will I honestlythink they need to be sued and shut down and the Better Business Bureau needs to be involved.” — Christina Cimino, 11 months ago
