“At first the charger wouldn't start because an issue with my account being expired (just placing my debit card to the reader wouldn't work). I called customer service and they were able to get everything fixed and start the charge remotely. The customer service rep was great 👍🏻 my only concern here was that it only hit 72kW, so the charge time is slower.
