“Avoid this station and the associated dealership hosting the station at all costs. The dealership had cars parked essentially blocking access to these charging spots and when asked to move (on 3 separate occasions and a total of 4 different Napleton employees) they became irritated, rude, condescending and (by the end of it) threatening, claiming that this was private property and i can go down the street to try another charger (essentially refusing to move the cars and provide access to chargepoint station). Electrify America has more reliable spots at the Meijer just north of here that is without the hostility and employees threatening you for using their charging station (listed as 24/7 and public use on the ChargePoint App.)” — Ryan Justice, 3 years ago
