“if you use your credit card, there is a $55 pre authorization charge. This is not disclosed on the charger anywhere. it's even worse when the charger doesn't work and you attempt multiple times getting multiple $55 dollar charges that will lower your account balance for several days until it's refunded to your account in 3-5 business days. That was $165 of my money I'm unable to use to help the recent flood victims. This is highly immoral and a bad business practice. “The charging rates are disappointing. The 100 kW pedestals max out at 75 (my car showed the station limited power). The 350 kW station only got me 100, but that may have been my car. The 350 plugs are finicky. The right side wouldn't start. The left one did thankfully. Price is highway robbery.
