What drivers have written
“I was so happy to have a rapid charge right off the IH, but no it didn't work. The screen is big but confusing. The "review this service" screen appears before you've done or attempted to do anything. It didn't work, wouldn't connect to my EV. And the support info only showed on my phone as an email address that I saw much later. Instructions on the large screen for support would have been helpful. The ads served to me while trying to put in cc info for the service covered nearly my whole phone screen and I gave my cc info to some gaming website - thanks in advance for my stolen cc. They payment system says it will reserve $50 for charging on your card but only charge you the actual amount. Reserved for how long? That seems hella high.” — Alaine Hutson, a year ago
