“Dear Kawthar, it is your fault for not know how to operate your vehicle. You can Stop Charge by tap the same payment you used to initiate the charge. You can stop Charge by press the button next to the chargeport on your vehicle. You can Stop Charge by click STOP and Unplug on your vehicle infotainment screen. You can also press the release button on the connector and wait for 10 seconds. You can also turn off the breaker right next to the charger. Or call the customer service number right on the unit. There are so many ways to solve your problem. This place deserve 5 stars because it is well maintained and work everytime and being the only CCS in the area.” — Merric Hoang, 2 years ago

“NOT WORKING. We came to charge on April 2,2023. We started charging but could not stop! The charger is broken and we could not pull out the charger from our EV. We talked to the gas station manager and apparently we were not the first to have this issue. Someone else had the same problem. Don’t come here.
