What drivers have written
“This supercharger location is frustrating and honestly makes no sense. They’re charging a $0.50 per minute congestion fee even though the station is nowhere near full. At least half of the chargers are open right now, so calling this “congested” feels completely inaccurate. I understand the purpose of congestion fees—to keep people from sitting on chargers—but penalizing someone who is simply trying to charge from 80% to 100% for a long road trip is ridiculous, especially when there are plenty of available stalls. Tesla really needs to refine how these fees are applied. If the station isn’t actually busy, there shouldn’t be a penalty. This just feels like a money grab rather than a system designed to improve charger availability. Overall, the charging itself is fine, but the pricing policy at this location is frustrating and poorly implemented.” — T H, 4 months ago
“Best Charging Experience for Towing! Came up from SD with a trailer on a Model Y. This was the first charger where I didn’t have to unhook the rig and detach to be able to charge. While not quite pull through I was able to pull right up and in and hopefully back out with ease. All the chargers need something like this. Think of it like ADA/disabled parking spots.” — Daniel Conley, 2 years ago
