“Not 24 hours as others have mentioned. Charging area is in a parking garage and a little difficult to find as it’s on a random floor. Not sure how others got the first 20 minutes free but we had to pay for the entire charge. Says “up to 350 kWh charging” but emphasis on the “up to” part. “The first 20 minutes are free If you Pay through SMS after 17 minutes that tou got in, it will not charge you, and you have more 20 minutes to exit.
