What drivers have written

“What a hassle. Worked one day, didn't the next. Spent a good twenty minutes on this when I could have been eating ice cream with everyone else. Can these things not just communicate with whatever car and obtain your VIN in order to bill you? I won't waste time on charge point again.” — alaska harston, a month ago

“Most expensive chargers I have ever seen in North America. At max speed of 2.95kW, you are paying $0.9/kW which is 2-5x times more than a fast charger while also 20-100x slower than a fast charger. Really hope that's just a mistake or some temporary solution. Otherwise Banff is demotivating people to use EVs. Edit: On top of it Parks Canada cars have been regularly blocking the chargers either with gas cars or with EVs that are not charging and they have been doing it regularly for years in Banff.” — Joshua McCarthy, 2 months ago

“Why can I not see the chargers at this station on the CHARGE POINT app? I had to use the flo app to connect. So bizarre. Also agree with other reviewers that this is atrociously expensive for the speed. But options are limited in town if you're not staying at a hotel with chargers.” — Anette Kinley, a month ago
