“Difficult to figure how to use this charger. After downloading the app, inputting credit card, depositing $$, finally & inconveniently activating the charger, I was able to get it to work (I've used other charging apps). Bar code & NFC don't work. Rate was reasonable, but beware of $10/hr parking fee after 1 hr grace period upon completing charge. I was charged a $7.50 parking fee at night when no one is charging in the other 3 charges and the entire parking lot (Free parking) was empty after $0.39 of electricity used for charging. What a disgrace! IMO, parking fee should be charged only when there's no available charger and customer is still parked after finished charging.” — John Liu, 2 years ago
