“2/21/26 - Both chargers do not work. One of them was powered on, but as soon as I plugged in there was a loud pop from the charger and lights when out. They need to just remove these off-brand chargers and reinstall Tesla universal wall connectors. Probably won’t be repaired, I’m guessing they paid $10k+ plus labor to install these. Tesla chargers are a fraction of that even with install. Must have been a good salesman to sell BB these duds. Update- did a little research, these are in fact legacy SemaConnect chargers that have been phased out after being acquired by blink charging in 2022. So getting parts or repair is unlikely. Bardstown Bourbon company if you’re reading this, Tesla universal wall connectors plus the pedestals will run you about $1,500 for a pair and will have far less maintenance and longer uptime if you ever decide to fix these.” — Ryan Hanson, 6 months ago
