What drivers have written
“Very disappointing experience with the Park+Charge fast charging station. The charger was stuck in Eco-Power Mode, limiting charging speed to around 15 kW, which is extremely slow for a DC fast charger. This makes it unusable as a proper “fast charging” option for EV road trips. When I contacted customer support, I was told they cannot do anything to change the charging speed, and their role is only to log messages. There was no real support or solution provided, even though the station was clearly not delivering advertised fast charging performance. At this rate, charging takes several times longer than expected, which defeats the purpose of using a fast charger. I hope the company improves: Ability to remotely resolve power mode issues Clear communication when a charger is restricted to Eco mode Real technical support instead of just message logging Until then, I would not rely on this station for long-distance EV travel.” — Amit Mahajan, 2 months ago
“Easy to get charging started. Amazing rates. Great view My new stop when travelling from Manitoulin to Toronto! 2 CCS with 2 charging heads per station and 2 NACS with 2 charging heads per charger. 8 chargers in total.” — Joseph N, 11 months ago
“Excellent lower cost, fairly fast charge. I used this station several times while visiting Barrie. Plug in and activate with you credit card or cell wallet. Then enter you mobile # to get a link messaged to you for monitoring the charge. Per minute charging structure that works well if you have an Ioniq 5. This charging station does get throttled back during peak electricity usage times like evening hours. Otherwise great!” — Dale Rodgers, 3 months ago
