“Worst EV charging experience ever. First, the only way to charge is with the FLO app. This is not obvious as the machine seems to tell you that you could tap your credit card, but then you realize finally that there is nowhere to tap and what they mean is their own payment card. Then you realize you need to install the app. I had actually installed the app already, but I had not added funds to my wallet, (which is a huge scam). Then I couldn’t add funds to my wallet because there is no Bell cellular signal at that location. I finally managed to add funds to my wallet, but it would not activate for the same reason. I had to install the app on my wife’s old phone. Then I went to activate and there is no indication which charger is 1 in which charger is 2 so I had to experiment, and of course I got this wrong the first time. It took me 40 minutes to activate the charger, and since it is a slow 50 kW charger it took me another hour and a half to charge my car.
