“For people on the fence about going EV because of the confusion and hassle over charging, this is the problem! The directions on the charger are wrong, you need the Shell recharge app instead of the PSE app, even after downloading the Shell and creating an account, still get the “no account found” error code, then calling the customer service number on the charger, eventually the guy was able to get a charge started with the CCS1 only to top out at 12kW max speed?! this amounted to over 15mins of hassle and a call to customer service only to get a level 2 charging speed?! There has got to be a better way, and I don’t blame people who avoid going EV because of the headache of simply trying to charge your car…” — Duncan Kowalski, a year ago

“For Canadians who want to charge their EV at this location, I found that it is NOT possible to download the Puget Sound App, instead I downloaded the "Shell recharge" App, and, you MUST use a US credit card to get it to work, the "wallet" in your Shell recharge App with Canadian funds won't work here.
