“Proceed with caution—unreliable chargers! Coming here is a total gamble. In my experience, about 50% of the time at least one of three stalls is down. Today, I wasted 10 minutes on the phone with customer support just for them to tell me the charger wasn't working. While I was stuck on the phone, I observed the stall next to me open up and get snagged by another driver. The Issue: Frequent downtime and glitchy hardware. The Support: Helpful, but ultimately can't fix a broken physical charger over the phone. The Verdict: Huge waste of time if you are low on juice and driving out of your way. “Level 2 charger worked (app payment only). 5☆ bc L2s at these type of mixed level spots are often down. Im an L2-only BEV driver 😅 Card reader still didnt work, though, so make sure you have the app set up with $ loaded. Also had to retry starting the charge several time before it initiated, in the rain, on Christmas eve. Was more like a 2 star experience, but only gave 5 stars to signal that there IS charging available here.
