“Two stars as I've had one successful charging experience here and one unable to charge. These chargers are located on a Ford dealership lot. There are no gates closed after hours or signage to indicate the chargers should only be used during the dealership's hours. The successful charge was done during the middle of the day on a weekday when the dealership was open. More recently, I attempted to charge at approximately 5pm on a Sunday. I tried 4 of the 6 chargers. All had screens that indicated the charger was booting up, but it would never successfully do so to accept a payment and begin charging. As one other reviewer indicated, you might have more success with using the app. FYI there is a Universal charger (CCS DC Fast Charging) with 4 stalls down the street in the DQ parking lot.
