“Dear Kia Customers, I would like to share a very disappointing experience with Kia that raises serious concerns about product quality, reliability, and customer trust. I purchased a Kia Seltos 14 months ago and have driven it only 4,800 km. Recently, the vehicle broke down due to a clutch plate failure. The roadside assistance team took nearly 48 hours to tow the vehicle, causing significant inconvenience. To make matters worse, I am now being asked to pay between ₹45,000 and ₹50,000 for the clutch plate replacement. I am shocked that such a major component could fail in a vehicle that is barely over a year old and has been driven such a short distance. This incident has left me questioning the build quality and durability of Kia vehicles. A sudden breakdown, especially while travelling with family, can be a serious safety concern. I request Kia to review this matter seriously and provide a fair resolution.
