“❌ Critical Failure: Non-functional Charger & Stranded! Visited the Shell Recharge station on Kanakapura Main Rd (Oct 3rd). Despite adding funds, NONE of the charging points were working. The app did show nearby stations, but a 7km distance was unreachable due to the zero charge situation here. I was left stranded with inaccessible funds. While the on-site staff behavior was good and they tried their best, the fundamental service is a total failure.
