“I expected a plug-and-play charge, not a mini IT certification exam. The app told me the spot was open but it was actually blocked by a delivery van, so basic task number one failed. When I finally got the charger to connect, it STOPPED mid charge without any warning while I was in a coffee shop. The screen needed three taps for every single yes no decision, which made a really simple thing feel RUDE and deliberatly slow. On the plus side, the plastic handle barely fit my car’s port, which was a design triumph for nobody.
