“Glad to have another bank of chargers nearby, here across from Berkeley Bowl, in addition to the ones at Ikea. “Beware of error idle fees at the location due to the charger stopping midway with no notification. At my most recent session, the car stoped charging after 13 minutes and then they charged me an idle fee despite the fact that my limit was set much higher and I received no notification of the stop or idle fee. When I reached out to their customer support they refused to acknowledge that it was their charger that triggered the stop and that had I received a notification I would have moved my car or left the store sooner to check on my car.
