“Both Loop EV fast chargers outside this HomeStreet Bank location are not working. One unit has clear physical damage: the charging connector is broken with internal wiring exposed, which makes it unsafe to use. The second charger appears intact, but the screen is completely off and shows no signs of power, as if the unit has no electricity at all. There is no out-of-order signage. Arriving here expecting to charge is a waste of time, especially in a mountain area where reliable charging is critical. “Honestly it was awsome great find on a road trip. My EVs battery was pretty low and i was starting to panic a little then pulled in here these guys got me charging super fast like within 15 minutes I had enough range to keep going. The chargers all worked perfectly no waiting and the spot was really clean too. “Charger is tricky. At first it seemed to be in Error Mode. After trying with the app and unplugging million times, I decided to try the emergency stop + release.
