“We have never had a problem charging before. We pulled in here and they supercharger didn't charge so we decided to move to another station but it would allow us to disengage the charging cord. We tried to manually disconnect using the latch in the trunk but that didn't let it disconnect either. We spoke to Tesla and they informed us that have had issues with this place before. “10/6/25 I do like the inside of the store and the selection at fresh thyme. However, the Tesla charging area is always a mess and now when going into the store, there was a homeless woman sitting out front, that you have to walk past to get to the store-I called him and they appeared to be aware of it already. I don't know if that's an ongoing issue or what. Also, APPLE Siri is the worst. shame on Apple for not fixing Siri when everybody else is coming out with AI that can do everything for you, but Siri can't even transcribe basic conversation. 6/15/2025 the trash can was not overflowing, did not see any trash laying around in the charging area and it appears additional lights may have been installed above the charging area. 10/2024 They added a trash can and typical for this store-they RARELY empty any of their trash cans. As much money as i am sure they make off of tesla owners stopping and shopping here. 9/2024 Back this way just 2 days later after picking up all trash and several new piles of garbage. Gonna put some blame in a review of Fresh Thyme as they need to make an effort to keep riff raff from hanging out there. Hey Tesla drivers, pick up our charging areas. Our locations shouldn't look as trashy as a low end gas station. I spent spent only 5 mins of my charging time here and filled 2 grocery sacks with litter. We can all do this while charging.
