“Person before me couldn’t charge so I thought we were out of luck. He called customer service and got a code but it still didn’t work for him. Scanning code is partly scraped off so you have to use code. After he left we plugged in the code on the app and then plugged the car in. Charging system lit right up on the app so we could charge. Was fully charged in an hour. Definitely download Loop app beforehand. Horrible parking situation as there are 2 chargers but only one space close enough to charge.
