“I'm glad that I'm tech savvy. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a charger. Doesn't function unless you download their worthless app that they clearly put no money into optimizing. Everything is extremely slow from the terminal itself to the absolute atrocity they call an app. The card reader is erroring out, and the best part is that the app let me report an issue, then proceed to tell me that it failed to submit. If there was a surgeon nearby, I'd have rather remove a kidney than use this terrible station again.
