“A complete failure—do not rely on this location. None of the 4 machines (8 connectors total) were working. Actually it looks like it's working at first. I tried paying directly at the terminal first, but neither inserting nor tapping my credit card worked. I then scanned the QR codes on 3 different machines and completed the payments, but not a single charger actually started delivering power.
