“2 j plugs and 2ccs plugs are in different parts of the dealership, both iced. Dealership made this an adequate experience, really friendly and there's a nice spot to chill inside. I first park in front behind the j plugs, noticed they're not level 3 so I went inside to ask about Ccs. He said there's one on the side but it's out of order. I asked if there's another, he said no but there's a charger out back. I drive on the side of the building and notice there's 2 CCS plugs on one station. Go back inside and ask another salesman if they can move one of the vehicles he said yes but unfortunately he could only move one of them. And if you look at the picture that's how I had to drive up onto the curb to even get to the CCS plug. The screen was washed out and hard to read but it showed one of them was available. It's at ccs1 so I assume that was charger one. It took me almost a half an hour to get a charge going on the app and initiating it and starting over multiple times. It seems like either the screen or the app has these plugs mislabeled so when I was trying to initiate a charge on one of them when the other said unavailable the one that was unavailable was the one I had to start a to charge with. Took me a half an hour to figure that out. Going back and forth on the app trying multiple times and even calling customer service. Then to top it off blink charges me a separate charge amount in addition to the cash balance. They wanted me to add in the app for me to start a charge. They wanted me to have a cash balance which they charged me $20 for and then when the charging was done they charged me a separate amount so it's like I got charged twice.
