“Tata Motors is a very disappointing company when it comes to after-sales service, especially in my experience with Kraft Auto Bokaro. At the time of purchase, the car was promoted and sold very aggressively, but after delivery, the actual service experience has been completely different. We booked the Tata Sierra EV when it was launched and purchased the first car through Kraft Auto Zone. Unfortunately, the car had a charging issue from the very beginning, and the charging system was not working properly. We took the car to the service centre, but even after keeping it there for three days, they were unable to identify or resolve the problem. They keep saying that the issue will be resolved, but there is still no proper solution. It is extremely disappointing that a company can sell a premium EV but apparently does not have adequate technical support to diagnose a basic charging problem. They are very prompt when it comes to taking payment, but when it comes to after-sales service and customer support, our experience has been extremely poor.
