“I went to Ford and their fast charger system had been out for three months. No sign. I came here and they had one broken unit with no sign and was able to use the other one after notifying them. They did put a sign up. I give them three stars for fixing the problem, but I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out why the app wasn’t working that I had to wait and download set up an account and then fidget with payment for 20 minutes before realizing it was broken, moved to the next unit that worked with no problem. “I used this charge station several times before. The price was $5/hour. It charged my vehicle at a 50 kw/hr or better rate, so I was paying about 10 cents/kw. “5 stars for a well maintained and easy to use charging station. The downside is that there's only one charger and the location is not very good if you wanted to make a pit stop for drinks, snacks, or a restroom. Plenty of space to walk around though.
