“First of all, thank you for installing these charging stations. We appreciate the effort to support electric vehicles. However, the current situation is unacceptable. Out of 10 chargers, only about 4 are working, while the rest are out of service. This causes long waits, wastes people’s time, and leaves many drivers frustrated. There should also be a queue system in the app so drivers can join a virtual line instead of arguing over who arrived first. At busy times, people are getting close to fighting just to charge their cars. This is completely avoidable with proper management. People chose electric vehicles to help protect the environment. Please don’t make them regret that decision because of poor maintenance and a lack of organization. Keep all chargers operational, maintain them regularly, and expand the network.
