The process was incredibly simple—just tap your credit card and charging begins. No need to download an app or create an account, which saved time and made the whole experience seamless. The charging speed was solid, and the station was clean and easy to access. However, on my return trip to Virginia, I stopped at two adjacent ChargePoint stations mid-route. Both recognized my card, and the “Available” light was on, but neither started charging. I spent nearly 30 minutes troubleshooting with no success. Thankfully, I had enough charge left to reach the next station.
