“This location is a letdown. It’s hidden in the underground parking lot of the Hampton Inn and the whole setup feels like an afterthought. The chargers here are the older “urban” style and painfully slow, maxing out around 72 kW, which is far below what you’d expect from a proper Supercharger. The parking garage is tight and awkward to navigate. The cable length is also an issue. You have to park in just the right spot or even block two stalls just to plug in. Even Tesla drivers struggle with it, let alone non-Teslas. Plenty of users online have mentioned the same frustrations: slow charging, confusing layout, short cables, and overall poor design. One person said they now avoid this spot completely and go to Côte-Vertu or West Island instead. I wish I had. Only stop here if you’re absolutely desperate. “Only four stalls are currently working, you'd be lucky if one of em is open to use. I get there around 3:50 am in the morning to charge before work and they are usually full or with only one spot left to charge.
