“Charged on the way to Indiana and back. One station was stuck on the last person. (They had charged their vehicle to 97%!) I used an adjacent one without issues. As a courtesy I tried to call in the bad one. Gave up after 10-15 minutes on hold/waiting. This particular station didn't seem to appear in the Volvo / Google maps app onboard but I was aware of it through other charger phone apps. “Plugged my car in. Went into a Meijer grocery store. It stopped charging after 1 minute. Finished my shopping figuring I would restart and got charged $4.40 for idle fee after their machine malfunctioned. They wouldn’t refund the idle fee. Terrible customer service.
