The screen was [blank / showing an error code / unresponsive]. This is a critical location for travelers, so it would be great if the maintenance team could look into the connectivity or power supply here. “This is the last working charging before the Srisailam ghats start. The charger is reliable and the on call support technician and the on-site helper will ensure you charge without any issues. If you face any issues, let them know, they'll check from the backend. However, even if you are the only one charging, you'll only get a max charging power of ~30kW. There's some software issue where in when are charging and someone else tries to connect to second gun, your charging speed drops momentarily. Please note, this is a standalone charging station.
