“[UPDATE] This location is very busy and will be undergoing upgrades starting mid February 2025. We needed to charge and waited for a charger about a half an hour because two people were charging up to 90+% and one guy was done for more than a half an hour but he just left it plugged in. While waiting with two other people in line, a lady pretended like she didn't see us and tried to hook up to the other cable of a charger that was in use. It didn't work but it was still pretty rude when it was very clear that there were three cars waiting to charge. Since we waited so long, our battery was conditioned and we got a nice quick charge: 16 minutes to 80%, 174kW max on the 150kW charger. There are three 150kW DC and one 7kW AC chargers here.” — P Park, a year ago

“I'm not saying this charging station is bad, but it's ridiculous that Electrify America is not investing in more chargers here. There were tons of Tesla chargers on the same floor and the floor above, at least 20-30 in total but there are only 3 fast chargers here?? How does that make any sense and one of them was out of service. “3 "Fast Chargers" rated at 350KwH, but even on a conditioned battery on a car that pulls 350, these chargers cap out between 150-175 in the winter, and about 230 in the other 3 seasons. As such, cars are charging longer, and with only 3 chargers at the biggest mall in the northeast, wait times are long. With it being a touristy spot, a few snobby people in rentals will try to cut in line and charge it to 100%, for which the chargers dramatically slow after 80% down to 60KwH, 30, and even 20. There's plenty of space to double or even quadruple the number of chargers, and they would still all be used.” — Master Mace, 8 months ago
