“Extremely poor staff behavior and completely irresponsible management. They misleadingly advertise that the car wash operates until 10:00 PM, yet even customers who are already stuck in the queue are flatly refused service after 11:00 PM. If they see too many cars waiting, the least they can do is close the lane with proper notice instead of letting people waste their time standing in line for nothing. This is blatant mismanagement and shows zero respect for customers. People end up wasting hours due to their incompetence and lack of planning. If they cannot handle the workload, they should stop misleading customers and clearly state the real closing time. “Cannot get any worse. I received an EV recharge card in the mail I had ordered for $10 from Shell and decided to try it. I went to the chager and followed the instructions on the charger and scanned the RFID card to activate and it kept refreshing forever with no ending and the process ended without any information. I decided to give it another try and add $10 using my credit card. Again same as previous attempt the screen on the charger kept refreshing with out any confirmation. Returned home and noticed 2 charges on my credit card $60 and $10, I called their customer service in another counry I dialed the number put the phone on speaker on the table and waited 1/2 hr for someone to anwer. Their answer was $60 is for authentication and $10 for charging time. If I knew from the start I wouldn't have bothered.
